Shipping Policy

VanDIY provides shipping to all locations across Australia. Our office is based in Gympie, Queensland, and we dispatch orders daily using a range of trusted carriers. Depending on the size of the product and the most cost-effective and reliable option available, your order may be delivered by Australia Post, FedEx, TNT, StarTrack or another local courier service. The delivery service for each order is carefully selected to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within one business day. In some cases, dispatch may take up to two business days. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and once your items have been shipped you will also receive a shipping confirmation that includes tracking details so you can follow your order’s progress.

Depending on stock levels, your shipment will be dispatched from either our Gympie, Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse.  Pick up is available from Brisbane or Melbourne only. When ordering online and choosing pickup, please be aware that collection of goods will only be possible AFTER receiving confirmation that your goods are ready for collection.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. In many cases, freight is already included in the purchase price, particularly for larger items. For oversized or heavy products, additional charges may apply, especially for deliveries to remote states and territories. When this applies, it will be clearly noted on the individual product page so that you are aware before finalising your purchase.

To keep you informed about your order, we require you to provide an email address at the time of purchase. This ensures you receive important updates about your order status and shipping details. If your delivery is delayed, you can use the tracking number provided to check progress directly with the carrier. Should you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us directly.
