400mm Caravan Roof Fan with Remote Control

Upgrade your caravan’s ventilation with the SJRV Plus 12V roof fan for a 400 × 400mm roof opening. Reversible airflow lets you extract warm cabin air or draw fresh air inside, while ten selectable speeds provide adjustable ventilation for caravans, campervans and motorhomes.

This model includes remote control, an interior touch panel, automatic temperature control and a powered roof lid. A pleated block-out blind, insect screen and LED lighting complete the interior assembly.

Supplied with a white roof lid, this is the 400mm cut-out version of the SJRV Plus Fan.

Reversible Intake and Exhaust Airflow

Use exhaust mode to draw accumulated warmth and cooking odours outside. Opening a suitable shaded window allows replacement air to move through the cabin towards the roof vent.

Switch to intake mode to bring outdoor air inside. The reversible brushless motor gives you flexibility to manage airflow as conditions change.

Listed maximum airflow is approximately 3,000m³ per hour.

Ten Speeds for Adjustable Ventilation

Choose a gentle setting for quieter periods or increase the speed when stronger ventilation is needed.

The brushless DC motor offers ten speed settings. At speed four, listed noise levels are 29dB in exhaust mode and 32dB in intake mode. At speed ten, the listed figures increase to 47dB and 53dB respectively.

Lower speeds provide reduced airflow and noise, making them useful near sleeping or seating areas.

Remote Control and Automatic Temperature Operation

Operate the fan using the supplied remote or the integrated interior touch panel.

The built-in temperature sensor supports automatic ventilation based on your selected settings. Powered opening and closing of the roof lid adds convenience, with manual lid operation also available.

Block-Out Blind, Insect Screen and LED Light

The integrated pleated blind reduces unwanted light when the fan is installed near a bed or living area.

An insect screen helps keep mosquitoes and other insects outside. Built-in LED lighting illuminates the interior assembly, combining ventilation, light control and lighting in one unit.

Designed for a 400 × 400mm Roof Cut-Out

This version fits a 400 × 400mm roof opening and is listed for roof thicknesses of 27–80mm. Its closed height is 127mm.

The cut-out measurement refers to the opening through the roof. Allow space around it for the exterior housing, lid movement and interior trim.

For a 355 × 355mm opening, choose the smaller cut-out version of the SJRV Plus Fan.
