100Ah LiFePO4 Battery for Caravan and Off-Grid Power
Power your caravan, motorhome or off-grid setup with the Autory AT-12-100 lithium battery. Designed for 12V power systems, it combines 100Ah capacity and 1280Wh of nominal energy storage with A-grade LiFePO4 cells, a metal enclosure and a built-in battery management system.
Its compact dimensions and integrated mounting brackets make it a practical option for installations where available space matters.
100Ah Capacity and 100A Output
The battery has a nominal voltage of 12.8V and a capacity of 100Ah, providing 1280Wh of nominal stored energy.
It supports a maximum discharge current of 100A for compatible appliances and power systems. Fridges, lighting, water pumps, fans and device charging can form part of the connected load, with runtime determined by their combined consumption.
For inverter-powered appliances, the battery, inverter and electrical installation need to accommodate the required current.
A-Grade LiFePO4 Cells and Built-In BMS
Autory uses A-grade lithium iron phosphate cells with an integrated battery management system.
The BMS provides battery protection and cell management, including protection against over-voltage, under-voltage, excessive temperature and short circuits.
Metal Case with Integrated Mounting Brackets
The all-metal enclosure includes integrated brackets for securing the battery in its installation.
Measuring 300mm long × 172mm wide × 190mm high, the AT-12-100 is the smallest-capacity model in VanDIY’s Autory battery range.
IP67-Rated Enclosure
The enclosure is rated IP67 for dust and water ingress protection. The supporting laboratory report is available below, alongside the battery test report and accompanying compliance certificate.
Charging Your Battery
Use charging equipment compatible with the battery’s LiFePO4 requirements. The listed charge voltage is 14.6V, with a maximum charging current of 100A.
Mains chargers, solar controllers and DC–DC chargers can form part of the charging system when correctly matched to the battery. Maximum charging current is a limit rather than a required charging rate.

The IEC report lists AT-12-100 among its model references and records testing performed on AT-12-200. It reports passing results for the assessed requirements, with battery-system safety analysis under clause 8.1 excluded from its scope.
The IP67 report lists the AT-12-200/100/235/300 model family and records passing ingress-test results for the submitted samples.

Three-Year Replacement Warranty
This battery includes a three-year return-to-base replacement warranty, subject to testing.
If the returned battery is confirmed faulty, a replacement battery will be supplied. Return freight to VanDIY is at the customer’s expense, and freight for the replacement is covered by VanDIY.
If testing finds no fault, the customer pays the freight to have the battery returned. Replacement batteries retain the balance of the original warranty period.
